🍲 Creamy Celery Soup

Ingredients
- celery root 1 pc.
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- vegetable broth 700 ml
- whipping cream 300 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- parsley, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the celery and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
- 4. Sauté the onions for about 3 minutes until they are translucent.
- 5. Add the celery cubes to the pot.
- 6. Deglaze the mixture with the vegetable broth.
- 7. Let the soup simmer for about 25 minutes.
- 8. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 9. Puree the contents with an immersion blender until creamy.
- 10. Stir the heavy cream into the soup.
- 11. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
- 12. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 13. Roughly pluck the parsley leaves.
- 14. Garnish the finished soup with the fresh parsley.
- 15. Serve the soup and enjoy your meal!
