  1. 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. 2. Add 400 milliliters of milk, 150 grams of cream, sugar, a pinch of salt, and the chopped chocolate to a pot.
  3. 3. Warm the mixture over low to medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Let the chocolate melt completely.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil and keep stirring.
  6. 6. Mix the remaining cold milk with the starch in a separate bowl.
  7. 7. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until smooth.
  8. 8. Remove the pot with the boiling milk from the stove.
  9. 9. Stir the dissolved starch into the hot milk.
  10. 10. Place the pot back on the stove.
  11. 11. Bring the pudding mixture to a boil for about one minute while stirring.
  12. 12. Remove the pot from the heat as soon as the mixture has thickened.
  13. 13. Rinse a bowl with cold water.
  14. 14. Pour the pudding into the rinsed bowl.
  15. 15. Let the pudding cool down.
  16. 16. Whip the remaining cream in a tall container using a hand mixer and the whisk attachment until stiff.
  17. 17. Place the whipped cream on top of the cooled pudding.
  18. 18. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over the pudding.
