🍰 Creamy Pan Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- Bittersweet chocolate 150 g
- Milk 450 ml
- Whipping cream 200 g
- Sugar 75 g
- Salt Pinch
- Cornstarch 30 g
- Bittersweet chocolate sprinkles 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Add 400 milliliters of milk, 150 grams of cream, sugar, a pinch of salt, and the chopped chocolate to a pot.
- 3. Warm the mixture over low to medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 4. Let the chocolate melt completely.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil and keep stirring.
- 6. Mix the remaining cold milk with the starch in a separate bowl.
- 7. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until smooth.
- 8. Remove the pot with the boiling milk from the stove.
- 9. Stir the dissolved starch into the hot milk.
- 10. Place the pot back on the stove.
- 11. Bring the pudding mixture to a boil for about one minute while stirring.
- 12. Remove the pot from the heat as soon as the mixture has thickened.
- 13. Rinse a bowl with cold water.
- 14. Pour the pudding into the rinsed bowl.
- 15. Let the pudding cool down.
- 16. Whip the remaining cream in a tall container using a hand mixer and the whisk attachment until stiff.
- 17. Place the whipped cream on top of the cooled pudding.
- 18. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over the pudding.
- 19. Enjoy your pudding.
