Ingredients
- sweetened condensed milk 400 ml
- butter 250 g
- salt pinch
- baking soda 0.25 tsp
- brown sugar 20 g
- cinnamon 2 tsp
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
Instructions
- 1. Pour the condensed milk into the cooking vessel.
- 2. Place the cooking vessel into the mixing bowl.
- 3. Pour 1.2 liters of water into the mixing bowl.
- 4. Heat the mixture for 90 minutes at 100 degrees on setting 1.
- 5. Then heat the mixture again for 60 minutes at 100 degrees on setting 1.
- 6. Carefully remove the condensed milk can from the mixing bowl.
- 7. Let the condensed milk cool down completely.
- 8. Pour the cooled condensed milk into the mixing bowl.
- 9. Add soft butter.
- 10. Add a pinch of salt.
- 11. Add baking soda (soda without acidifying agent).
- 12. Add cane sugar.
- 13. Add cinnamon.
- 14. Add vanilla sugar.
- 15. Mix all ingredients for 20 seconds on setting 4.
- 16. Scrape the mixture down from the sides to the bottom using a spatula.
- 17. Mix the mixture again for 20 seconds on setting 4.
- 18. Fill the spread into four jars with a capacity of 200 milliliters each.
- 19. Let the spread cool down in the jars.
- 20. Store the finished spread in the refrigerator.
- 21. Make sure to let the spread cool down completely before opening it for the first time.
