🍽️ Homemade Chestnut Cream

Ingredients
- heavy cream 200 g
- butter 50 g
- sugar 100 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- chestnuts peeled 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Put cream, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it comes to a boil.
- 3. Add the chestnuts to the boiling liquid.
- 4. Simmer the chestnuts for about 5 minutes on low heat.
- 5. Then puree the mixture very finely using a hand blender.
- 6. Rinse screw-top jars with hot water.
- 7. Fill the warm chestnut cream into the jars.
- 8. Seal the jars airtight.
- 9. Store the cream in a cool, dark place until you are ready to serve it.
