🍰 Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients
- vanilla pod 1 pc.
- milk 500 ml
- eggs 1 pc.
- cornstarch 5 tbsp
- sugar 5 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. In a pot, bring 450 ml milk together with the vanilla pod and seeds to a boil over medium heat.
- 2. Separate the egg and use the egg whites for something else. In a bowl, whisk 50 ml milk with the cornstarch, sugar, and egg yolk until well combined.
- 3. As soon as the milk boils, stir in the cornstarch and egg mixture, bring it back to a boil while stirring constantly, then remove from the heat. Let the homemade vanilla pudding cool slightly and serve. Enjoy!
