🥤 Homemade Coffee Syrup

Ingredients
- Coffee beans 150 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Vanilla pod 1 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Put the coffee beans into the mixing container.
- 2. Grind the beans for 20 seconds on speed 10.
- 3. Push the ground coffee down from the sides with a spatula.
- 4. Pour in 700 milliliters of boiling water.
- 5. Let the mixture cook for 6 minutes at 100 degrees and speed 1/100.
- 6. Pour the coffee into a vessel, ideally a French press.
- 7. Add sugar and a split vanilla pod.
- 8. Let the coffee steep for 30 minutes.
- 9. Strain the coffee through a filter back into the clean mixing container.
- 10. Place the cooking insert on the container as a splash guard.
- 11. Cook the syrup for 30 minutes at 100 degrees and speed 1/100.
- 12. Fill the hot syrup into a sterile, sealable bottle.
- 13. Store the syrup in the refrigerator.
