  1. 1. Heat the oven to 220 °C (convection). Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Knead in the soft butter until the mixture is crumbly. Add the sugar. Knead in the milk little by little until a homogeneous dough forms.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface about 2 cm thick and cut out circles with a cookie cutter (approx. 4–5 cm Ø). Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. 3. Let the scones cool on a wire rack. Enjoy! Tip: Whipped cream and strawberry jam go perfectly with the scones.
