  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Rinse the pork steaks thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Rub the steaks with the spices and set them aside to let the flavors develop.
  4. 4. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
  5. 5. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into four strips and slice them diagonally into thin pieces.
  6. 6. Wash the bell pepper, cut it into quarters, and remove the inside with the seeds.
  7. 7. Cut the bell pepper quarters into coarse chunks.
  8. 8. Halve the onion, peel it, and slice it into thin strips.
  9. 9. Place the rice in a pot and cover it with 700 milliliters of salted water.
  10. 10. Bring the water to a boil and let the rice cook covered for about 12 minutes over medium heat.
  11. 11. Stir the rice occasionally during the cooking time.
  12. 12. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pot over medium heat.
  13. 13. Add half of the onion strips to the hot oil and fry them for about 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Add the pepper chunks and one teaspoon of sugar, and cook everything for another 2 minutes.
  15. 15. Pour about 50 milliliters of water into the pot and let the mixture simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
  16. 16. Add the chili and the cream cheese to the sauce.
  17. 17. Blend the sauce until smooth using a hand blender or mixer.
  18. 18. Season the sauce to taste with salt and sugar.
  19. 19. Keep the sauce warm until serving.
  20. 20. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  21. 21. Fry the pork steaks on all sides for about 2 minutes to seal in the juices.
  22. 22. Season the steaks with salt after frying.
  23. 23. Place the steaks in the preheated oven and bake them for about 10 to 12 minutes until done.
  24. 24. Leave the frying pan unwashed after removing the steaks.
  25. 25. Add one tablespoon of oil to the still hot pan with the pan drippings.
  26. 26. Fry the zucchini together with the remaining onion strips over medium heat for about 6 minutes.
  27. 27. Season the vegetables with soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
  28. 28. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork.
  29. 29. Season the rice with one to two pinches of salt.
  30. 30. Remove the steaks from the oven.
  31. 31. Plate the steaks, rice, and zucchini.
  32. 32. Serve the dish with the pepper sauce.
