🍽️ Tender Pork Steaks in Spicy Pepper Sauce with Fresh Zucchini Spaetzle

Ingredients
- pork neck chops 600 g
- salt 1 tbsp
- zucchini 2 pcs
- lemons 1 pcs
- spätzle, fresh 800 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- roast sauce, powder 200 ml
- pepper, green 1 tbsp
- pepper, black ground 5 g
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Take the meat out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature for a short while.
- 2. Bring about 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 3. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and dry it off.
- 4. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.
- 5. Stack 2 to 3 slices on top of each other.
- 6. Cut the stacks diagonally into wide strips.
- 7. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 8. Cook the spaetzle in the boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
- 9. Drain the spaetzle in a colander.
- 10. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 11. Rinse the steaks and dry them well.
- 12. Season the steaks with salt.
- 13. Fry the steaks in the hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
- 14. Place the steaks on a plate.
- 15. Cover the steaks with aluminum foil.
- 16. Let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes.
- 17. Stir the gravy sauce if necessary.
- 18. Add the sauce along with the peppercorns to the pan with the pan drippings.
- 19. Bring everything to a boil.
- 20. Let the sauce reduce over medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
- 21. Remove the sauce from the heat.
- 22. Stir the cream cheese into the sauce.
- 23. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.
- 24. Place the pork loin steaks in the sauce.
- 25. Let the steaks simmer in the sauce for about 2 minutes.
- 26. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan over high heat.
- 27. Fry the zucchini strips in it for approx. 3 minutes over high heat.
- 28. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper.
- 29. Fold the spaetzle under the zucchini.
- 30. Plate the pork steak in pepper sauce together with the zucchini spaetzle.
- 31. Serve the dish and enjoy your meal!
