  1. 1. Take the pork loin steaks out of the fridge to let them reach room temperature.
  2. 2. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  3. 3. Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers.
  4. 4. Cut the peppers lengthwise into quarters.
  5. 5. Preheat your grill.
  6. 6. Place the pepper pieces skin-side down on the grill.
  7. 7. Grill the peppers for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Wait until the peppers are soft and black spots appear.
  9. 9. Place the grilled peppers into a resealable freezer bag.
  10. 10. Let the peppers rest in the bag for about 5 minutes to steam.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic.
  12. 12. Press the garlic through a press or chop it very finely.
  13. 13. Wash the chives.
  14. 14. Shake the chives dry.
  15. 15. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  16. 16. Remove the black skin from the steamed peppers.
  17. 17. Chop the peeled peppers coarsely.
  18. 18. Place the coarsely chopped peppers into a tall container.
  19. 19. Add the garlic to the peppers.
  20. 20. Add cream cheese.
  21. 21. Add balsamic vinegar.
  22. 22. Add paprika powder.
  23. 23. Add chili powder.
  24. 24. Add olive oil.
  25. 25. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  29. 29. Place the pork loin steaks on the still hot grill.
  30. 30. Grill the steaks all around for about 4 to 5 minutes.
