🍽️ Grilled pork loin steaks with creamy pepper sauce

Ingredients
- Pork back steaks, seasoned with pepper 600 g
- Pepper, red 4 pcs
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs
- Chives, fresh 20 g
- Cream cheese, plain 50 g
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- Rose pepper Pinch
- Chili, ground Pinch
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Sugar Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Take the pork loin steaks out of the fridge to let them reach room temperature.
- 2. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers.
- 4. Cut the peppers lengthwise into quarters.
- 5. Preheat your grill.
- 6. Place the pepper pieces skin-side down on the grill.
- 7. Grill the peppers for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Wait until the peppers are soft and black spots appear.
- 9. Place the grilled peppers into a resealable freezer bag.
- 10. Let the peppers rest in the bag for about 5 minutes to steam.
- 11. Peel the garlic.
- 12. Press the garlic through a press or chop it very finely.
- 13. Wash the chives.
- 14. Shake the chives dry.
- 15. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 16. Remove the black skin from the steamed peppers.
- 17. Chop the peeled peppers coarsely.
- 18. Place the coarsely chopped peppers into a tall container.
- 19. Add the garlic to the peppers.
- 20. Add cream cheese.
- 21. Add balsamic vinegar.
- 22. Add paprika powder.
- 23. Add chili powder.
- 24. Add olive oil.
- 25. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- 26. Season the sauce with salt.
- 27. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 28. Season the sauce with sugar.
- 29. Place the pork loin steaks on the still hot grill.
- 30. Grill the steaks all around for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 31. Grill the steaks to medium doneness or until they reach your desired level of cooking.
- 32. Wrap the finished steaks in aluminum foil.
- 33. Let the steaks rest in the foil for about 5 minutes.
- 34. Slice the steaks as desired.
- 35. Serve the steaks with the grilled pepper sauce.
- 36. Sprinkle the dish with the cut chive rings.
