🍽️ Crispy Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour Peach Sauce

Ingredients
- Pork neck chops 600 g
- Peaches 2 pcs.
- Shallots 1 pc.
- Mint, fresh 20 g
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Balsamic vinegar, light 4 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Take the pork chops out of the fridge and let them sit on the counter until they reach room temperature.
- 2. Peel the peaches, halve them, and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Halve the shallot, peel it, and dice it into fine pieces.
- 4. Wash the mint thoroughly and shake it dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 5. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat.
- 6. Add the peach cubes and the diced shallot to the pot and fry them for about 2 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle the sugar over the mixture and stir well to distribute it evenly.
- 8. Deglaze the mixture with the balsamic vinegar.
- 9. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Stir the chopped mint into the finished sauce.
- 12. Rinse the pork chops briefly and pat them completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 13. Rub the pork chops with some oil.
- 14. Place the pork chops on a hot grill and fry them for about 3 minutes per side.
- 15. Salt and pepper the cooked pork chops.
- 16. Top the pork chops with the peach chutney and serve immediately.
