  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the potato cubes into a pot.
  5. 5. Pour salted water over the potatoes.
  6. 6. Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  8. 8. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Season the meat with salt.
  10. 10. Sear the pork tenderloin for about 3 minutes.
  11. 11. Then season the meat with pepper.
  12. 12. Wrap the meat in aluminum foil.
  13. 13. Cook the meat in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Deglaze the pan drippings with broth.
  15. 15. Add a bay leaf to the sauce.
  16. 16. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  17. 17. Let the cooked potatoes drain.
  18. 18. Let the potatoes steam dry in the pot.
