  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Let the meat rest at room temperature.
  4. 4. Wash the peppers thoroughly under running water.
  5. 5. Cut the peppers lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and the white inner pith.
  7. 7. Place the peppers skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  8. 8. Add the unpeeled garlic cloves to the tray.
  9. 9. Put the tray in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  10. 10. Take out the peppers when the skin has black charred spots.
  11. 11. Place the hot peppers into a bowl.
  12. 12. Cover the bowl with cling film.
  13. 13. Let the peppers steam for 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Continue using the baking tray with the pan juices and do not clean it.
  15. 15. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
  16. 16. Dry the parsley.
  17. 17. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  18. 18. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  19. 19. Wash the lemon.
  20. 20. Cut the lemon in half.
  21. 21. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

  24. 24. Finely chop the peppers and garlic on a cutting board.

  48. 48. Add the ajvar to the plates.
  49. 49. Add the flatbread to the plates.
  50. 50. Add one tablespoon of sour cream.
  51. 51. Drizzle some remaining lemon juice over it.
  52. 52. Add some of the pan juices from the frying pan.
  53. 53. Serve the dish immediately.
