Ingredients
- Lemons 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs
- Sesame, white 2 tbsp
- Pork belly 600 g
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Honey 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon thoroughly, grate about 1 tsp of zest, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Toast the sesame in a pan without fat over low heat for about 2 minutes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, sesame, and garlic well. Wash the meat, pat dry with kitchen paper, and let it marinate for about 1 hour.
