  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters or eighths depending on their size.
  3. 3. Place the potato pieces on a baking sheet and toss them well with two tablespoons of oil.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  5. 5. Remove the hard stem from the tomato halves.
  6. 6. Place the tomatoes cut-side up on the baking sheet next to the potatoes.
  7. 7. Grate Parmesan cheese over the tomato halves.
  8. 8. Place the tray in the oven and bake everything for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. 9. Cut the onions in half and peel them.
  10. 10. Cut the peeled onions into thin strips.
  11. 11. Wash the apple and cut it into quarters.
  12. 12. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  13. 13. Slice the apple into pieces about half a centimeter thick.
  14. 14. Wash the spring onions and remove the roots.
  15. 15. Cut the spring onions diagonally into rings about one centimeter thick.
  16. 16. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pot over high heat.
  17. 17. Sauté the apple slices, onion strips, one tablespoon of sugar, and mustard for about two minutes.
  18. 18. Add the curry powder and stir briefly.
  19. 19. Reduce the heat to medium and cover the pot.
  20. 20. Let the mixture cook for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  21. 21. Add the cut spring onions to the apple-onion mixture.
  22. 22. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  23. 23. Rinse the pork steaks and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  24. 24. Season the steaks with salt on both sides.
  25. 25. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
  26. 26. Fry the steaks for about three minutes on each side until golden brown.
  27. 27. Remove the pan from the heat and pepper the steaks generously.
  28. 28. Cover the steaks and let them rest for about three minutes.
  29. 29. Remove the baking sheet with the potatoes and tomatoes from the oven.
