🍰 Icy Black Forest Cherry Yogurt

Ingredients
- sour cherries in a jar 350 g
- brown sugar 75 g
- water 2 tbsp
- chocolate, dark 50 g
- whipping cream 100 g
- yogurt, plain 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Pour the sour cherries into a sieve to let the liquid drain away.
- 2. Chop the chocolate into very small pieces.
- 3. Mix the cream with a hand mixer and a whisk in a bowl until it is stiff.
- 4. Add the sugar slowly while you continue to beat.
- 5. Gently stir the yogurt into the whipped cream.
- 6. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
- 7. Place the dish in the freezer compartment.
- 8. Wait about 60 minutes until the mixture starts to freeze around the edges.
- 9. Stir the mixture vigorously to break up the formed ice crystals.
- 10. Place the dish back in the freezer compartment for another 60 minutes.
- 11. Take the dish out and stir in the chopped chocolate.
- 12. Place the dish back in the freezer compartment for another 60 minutes.
- 13. Take the dish out and stir the mixture well again.
- 14. Gently fold in the drained sour cherries.
- 15. Place the dish in the freezer compartment for another 30 minutes.
- 16. Take the frozen yogurt out and serve it.
