Ingredients
- Cherries in a jar 200 g
- Chocolate cookies 200 g
- Kirsch 40 ml
- Cornstarch 15 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- Whipping cream 200 g
- Whipping cream stabilizer 1 packet
- Quark 40 % fat in total 100 g
- Sugar 40 g
- Chocolate sprinkles, dark chocolate 40 g
Instructions
- 1. Strain the cherries through a sieve and collect the juice.
- 2. Put the chocolate cookies into the mixing container.
- 3. Crush the cookies for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 4. Pour the crumbled cookies into a bowl.
- 5. Mix the cookie crumbs with kirsch (cherry brandy).
- 6. Add 300 grams of cherry juice, cornstarch, and vanilla sugar to the mixing container.
- 7. Heat the mixture for 6 minutes on speed 3 at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 8. Add the drained cherries.
- 9. Stir everything for 2 minutes on speed 1 at 80 degrees in reverse direction.
- 10. Pour the cherry mixture into a separate bowl.
- 11. Insert the whisk attachment into the mixing container.
- 12. Add cream and cream stabilizer to the container.
- 13. Whip the cream for about 1 minute on speed 3.
- 14. Add quark (a type of fresh cheese) and sugar.
- 15. Stir the cream for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 16. Layer quark cream, cherries, and chocolate cookies alternately in the glasses.
- 17. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over the dessert at the end.
- 18. Serve the dessert immediately.
