Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring approx. 2 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Wash the beans thoroughly and remove the ends. Then cook them in the salted water for approx. 8–10 minutes until al dente. Then drain into a sieve, rinse with cold water and let drain well.
  2. 2. Cut the shallot in half in the middle, peel and cut into fine rings. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and halve them. Mix the tomatoes with tomato seasoning salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the pork sausages in it, turning occasionally, for approx. 6 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Then remove from the pan and set aside on a plate.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the cleaned pan over low heat and sauté the shallots and garlic for approx. 2 minutes until translucent. Add the beans, deglaze with vegetable broth and simmer everything for approx. 2 minutes until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
  5. 5. Add the tomatoes and the pork sausages with butter to the vegetables in the pan, mix everything well and heat for approx. 2 minutes while stirring. Season the pork sausage bean pan with salt and pepper and serve on plates. Enjoy your meal!
