🍰 Crunchy chocolate sauce for ice cream

Ingredients
- Chocolate, dark 120 g
- Chocolate, milk 80 g
- Coconut oil 70 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chocolate into large pieces.
- 2. Add the chocolate pieces and the coconut oil to the blender.
- 3. Place the measuring cup on the lid.
- 4. Blend the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 7.
- 5. Use a spatula to push the mixture down from the sides of the blender jar.
- 6. Place the measuring cup back on the lid.
- 7. Melt the mixture for 7 minutes on speed 2 at 45 degrees Celsius.
- 8. Check if the chocolate has melted completely.
- 9. Push the mixture against the sides again if there are still solid pieces.
- 10. Heat the sauce for another 1.5 minutes on speed 1 at 45 degrees Celsius.
- 11. Pour the warm chocolate sauce directly over the ice cream.
- 12. Enjoy the sauce immediately, as it hardens quickly.
