Ingredients
- coconut milk 200 ml
- sugar 30 g
- coconut oil 20 g
- shredded coconut 200 g
- baking chocolate, dark 200 g
- baking chocolate, milk chocolate 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Add coconut milk, sugar, and coconut oil at room temperature to the mixing container.
- 2. Insert the measuring cup and heat the mixture for 5 minutes on level 1 at 90 degrees Celsius.
- 3. Add shredded coconut.
- 4. Mix everything well for 45 seconds on level 3.
- 5. Line a baking tray (15 x 20 cm) with baking paper.
- 6. Spread the coconut mixture onto the tray.
- 7. Press the mixture down evenly.
- 8. Let the bars set overnight or for about 8 hours in the refrigerator.
- 9. Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
- 10. Put the chocolate pieces into the mixing container.
- 11. Chop the pieces with the measuring cup inserted for 15 seconds on level 8.
- 12. Push the chocolate remnants from the container wall to the bottom using a spatula.
- 13. Melt the chocolate with the measuring cup inserted for 2.5 minutes on level 1 at 50 degrees Celsius.
- 14. Check if the chocolate is completely melted.
- 15. Push the mixture down again with the spatula if necessary.
- 16. Melt the chocolate for another 2.5 minutes on level 1 at 50 degrees Celsius if needed.
- 17. Cut the cooled coconut mixture into 16 bars using a sharp knife.
- 18. Pour the melted chocolate into a small bowl or a deep plate.
- 19. Turn the bars one by one in the chocolate using two forks.
- 20. Ensure the bars are completely coated.
- 21. Let the bars drip briefly.
- 22. Place the bars on baking paper to let the chocolate harden.
- 23. Store the finished bars in a closed container in the refrigerator.
