  3. 3. Put the almond flakes into a small pan.
  4. 4. Toast the almonds without oil until golden brown.
  5. 5. Remove the roasted almonds from the pan.
  6. 6. Place the almonds on a plate to cool down.
  7. 7. Puree the raspberries.
  8. 8. Mix the puree with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  9. 9. Put 6 tablespoons of milk into a bowl.
  10. 10. Add sugar and pudding powder to the milk in the bowl.
  11. 11. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  12. 12. Put the remaining milk into a pot.
  13. 13. Bring the milk in the pot to a boil.
  14. 14. Stir the mixed pudding mixture into the boiling milk.
  15. 15. Cook the mixture for about 1 minute while stirring continuously.
  16. 16. Reduce the heat.
  17. 17. Let the pudding simmer for about 4 minutes.
  18. 18. Continue cooking until the pudding is thick.
  19. 19. Distribute the chocolate pudding into bowls.
  20. 20. Add the raspberry puree over the pudding.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the roasted almonds over the pudding.
