Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- eggs 2 pcs
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- cocoa powder 100 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- milk 200 ml
- chocolate sprinkles, dark chocolate 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Beat the soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy and frothy.
- 3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and the eggs to the butter mixture and stir everything well.
- 4. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the bowl and mix the ingredients into a smooth batter.
- 5. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk until the desired consistency is reached.
- 6. Gently fold the chocolate sprinkles into the batter using a spoon.
- 7. Grease the molds in a muffin tin or line them with paper liners.
- 8. Distribute the batter evenly among the prepared molds.
- 9. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 10. Remove the muffins from the oven and carefully loosen them from the molds.
- 11. Place the muffins on a rack and let them cool completely.
