  2. 2. Place pieces of soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs into the mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Place the measuring cup on top and mix the ingredients for 2 minutes at speed 4.
  4. 4. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
  5. 5. Mix everything for 1 minute at speed 3 until a smooth batter forms.
  6. 6. Scrape the batter down from the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  7. 7. Add the chocolate chunks to the batter.
  8. 8. Mix in the chocolate for 20 seconds at speed 4.
  9. 9. Grease the wells of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
  10. 10. Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared cups.
  11. 11. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the muffins from the oven and carefully take them out of the tin.
  13. 13. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.
