Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- Sugar 150 g
- Vanilla Sugar 1 tsp
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Wheat Flour, Type 405 175 g
- Cocoa Powder 50 g
- Baking Powder 2 tsp
- Salt Pinch
- Chocolate Chunks, dark 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place pieces of soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs into the mixing bowl.
- 3. Place the measuring cup on top and mix the ingredients for 2 minutes at speed 4.
- 4. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- 5. Mix everything for 1 minute at speed 3 until a smooth batter forms.
- 6. Scrape the batter down from the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- 7. Add the chocolate chunks to the batter.
- 8. Mix in the chocolate for 20 seconds at speed 4.
- 9. Grease the wells of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
- 10. Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared cups.
- 11. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 12. Remove the muffins from the oven and carefully take them out of the tin.
- 13. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.
