  4. 4. Finely chop the cooled almonds.
  5. 5. Coarsely chop the raisins.
  6. 6. Place the chopped almonds, raisins, and cocoa powder into a bowl.
  7. 7. Mix the dried fruits and powder thoroughly in the bowl.
  8. 8. Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
  9. 9. Fill a pot with about one liter of water.
  10. 10. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
  11. 11. Place a metal bowl over the hot water, but ensure it does not touch the water.
  12. 12. Add the chocolate pieces, butter, and cream into the metal bowl.
  13. 13. Melt the ingredients in the bowl over the hot water until they are liquid.
  14. 14. Stir the almond and raisin mixture into the melted chocolate.
  15. 15. Fill the finished spread into clean jars.
  16. 16. Seal the jars tightly.
  17. 17. Let the filled jars cool down.
  18. 18. Store the spread in the refrigerator.
