  1. 1. Chop the chocolate couverture into small pieces.
  2. 2. Heat the cream with the sugar in a pot over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped chocolate to the hot cream.
  4. 4. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  5. 5. Stir in the cherry brandy and Amaretto.
  6. 6. Drain the sour cherries in a sieve.
  7. 7. Puree the drained cherries in a tall container.
  8. 8. Fill the hot chocolate liquid into clean, pre-warmed bottles.
  9. 9. Top up the bottles with the cherry puree.
  10. 10. Gently shake the bottles.
  11. 11. Enjoy the liqueur or store it in a cool place with the lid on.
