🥤 Chocolate Cherry Liqueur

Ingredients
- couverture, dark chocolate 150 g
- whipping cream 250 g
- brown sugar 50 g
- kirschwasser 200 ml
- amaretto 50 ml
- sour cherries in a jar 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate couverture into small pieces.
- 2. Heat the cream with the sugar in a pot over medium heat.
- 3. Add the chopped chocolate to the hot cream.
- 4. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
- 5. Stir in the cherry brandy and Amaretto.
- 6. Drain the sour cherries in a sieve.
- 7. Puree the drained cherries in a tall container.
- 8. Fill the hot chocolate liquid into clean, pre-warmed bottles.
- 9. Top up the bottles with the cherry puree.
- 10. Gently shake the bottles.
- 11. Enjoy the liqueur or store it in a cool place with the lid on.
