Ingredients
- Chocolate, dark 400 g
- Chili, ground pinch
- Cardamom, ground pinch
- Star anise 1 tsp
- Pepper, mixed pinch
- Cinnamon pinch
- Curry powder pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 500 ml of water to a boil in a pot. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a metal bowl over the hot water bath. Gradually add the spices and taste.
- 2. Pour the melted chocolate into a mold and let it cool. The chocolate with exotic spices is perfect for gifting or serving as a dessert.
