🍳 Chocolate Banana Porridge

Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Dark chocolate couverture 40 g
- Oat drink 800 ml
- Oat flakes, fine 160 g
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. In a bowl, mash one banana thoroughly with a fork. Roughly chop the chocolate couverture.
- 2. In a pot, bring the oat milk together with the oat flakes to a boil. Simmer on low to medium heat for about 4–6 minutes, until the oat milk has been completely absorbed by the flakes.
- 3. Then stir in the mashed banana, 3/4 of the chopped chocolate couverture, and the cocoa powder. Slice the remaining banana. Sweeten the finished porridge to taste, fill into small bowls, and garnish with the remaining chocolate couverture and banana slices. Enjoy your meal!
