  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Roughly chop 80 grams of chocolate.
  3. 3. Beat 200 grams of soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until fluffy.
  4. 4. Add 4 eggs, one packet of vanilla sugar, and 250 grams of sugar to the butter alternately and mix well.
  5. 5. Stir 50 milliliters of milk into the mixture.
  6. 6. Add 200 grams of flour, 130 grams of ground hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, half a packet of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  7. 7. Mix the ingredients into a smooth batter.
  8. 8. Fold the roughly chopped chocolate into the batter.
  9. 9. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  10. 10. Bake the cake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down.
  12. 12. Serve the cake and enjoy.
