Ingredients
- Chocolate, dark 80 g
- butter 200 g
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- Sugar 250 g
- Milk 50 ml
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Hazelnut kernels, ground 130 g
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 0.5 packet
- Salt 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Roughly chop 80 grams of chocolate.
- 3. Beat 200 grams of soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until fluffy.
- 4. Add 4 eggs, one packet of vanilla sugar, and 250 grams of sugar to the butter alternately and mix well.
- 5. Stir 50 milliliters of milk into the mixture.
- 6. Add 200 grams of flour, 130 grams of ground hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, half a packet of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- 7. Mix the ingredients into a smooth batter.
- 8. Fold the roughly chopped chocolate into the batter.
- 9. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- 10. Bake the cake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- 11. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down.
- 12. Serve the cake and enjoy.
