  2. 2. Add the remaining room-temperature milk, the crumbled yeast, and the sugar to the mixing container.
  3. 3. Warm the mixture with the measuring cup in place for three minutes at speed 1 and 37 degrees Celsius.
  4. 4. Add the butter in pieces, one egg, the crème fraîche, the flour, and a quarter teaspoon of salt.
  5. 5. Process the ingredients with the measuring cup in place and the dough kneading attachment for two minutes to form a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Transfer the yeast dough into a bowl.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Place an oven-safe dish filled with water on the bottom of the oven.
  11. 11. Add the chocolate chips to the dough.
