🍰 Chocolate Waffles

Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- nut nougat cream 5 tbsp
- sugar 70 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 3 pcs
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- hazelnut kernels, ground 50 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- milk 200 ml
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Beat butter and nut nougat cream in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy. Then slowly sprinkle in sugar and salt and mix well.
- 2. Add the eggs gradually while stirring constantly. Then fold in flour, hazelnuts, baking powder and milk until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
- 3. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it. Ladle batter into the mold and bake the chocolate waffles for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
