🍰 Chocolate Trifle with Gin Raspberries

Ingredients
- raspberries, fresh 250 g
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
- Gin 2 ml
- leaf gelatin 2 g
- chocolate, dark 75 g
- whipping cream 300 g
- butter cookies 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the raspberries thoroughly and let them drain well.
- 2. Set aside a small handful of particularly beautiful berries for decoration.
- 3. Place the remaining raspberries in a bowl.
- 4. Mix the berries with powdered sugar and gin.
- 5. Let the marinated raspberries sit for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 7. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 8. Heat 150 milliliters of cream in a pot over low heat.
- 9. Melt the chocolate pieces in the warm cream.
- 10. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 11. Dissolve the gelatin in the chocolate cream mixture.
- 12. Remove the pot from the heat and let the cream cool down.
- 13. Whip 150 milliliters of cream stiffly in a separate bowl.
- 14. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate cream.
- 15. Layer the butter cookies in a glass bowl.
- 16. Place the marinated raspberries on top of the cookies.
- 17. Spread the chocolate cream evenly over the raspberries.
- 18. Place the trifle in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to set.
- 19. Whip the remaining cream stiffly.
- 20. Dollop the whipped cream in portions onto the trifle.
- 21. Decorate the trifle with the reserved raspberries.
- 22. Serve the chocolate trifle and enjoy!
