  3. 3. Melt the chocolate pieces in a bowl over the hot water bath.

  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  6. 6. Wash the plums thoroughly.
  7. 7. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
  8. 8. Mix the soft butter, cane sugar, and salt in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy.
  9. 9. Separate the eggs.
  10. 10. Set aside the egg whites for the meringue.
  11. 11. Work the egg yolk into the batter gradually.
  12. 12. Work the remaining egg into the batter gradually.
  13. 13. Stir the cooled liquid chocolate into the batter.
  14. 14. Gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, yogurt, and milk.
  15. 15. Grease a 26-centimeter springform pan.
  16. 16. Line the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper.
