Ingredients
- ground hazelnuts 70 g
- brown sugar 150 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- vegan margarine 50 g
- peaches from a can 300 g
- sunflower oil 80 ml
- eggs 2 pcs
- milk 300 ml
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- cocoa powder 4 tsp
- baking powder 2 tsp
- salt a pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Put the nuts, 50 grams of sugar, 50 grams of flour, and margarine into a bowl.
- 3. Work the ingredients together with your fingers until small crumbs form.
- 4. Place the peaches in a sieve.
- 5. Cut the peaches into small cubes.
- 6. Take a second bowl.
- 7. Add oil, eggs, milk, 100 grams of sugar, and vanilla sugar to the bowl.
- 8. Mix the ingredients well using a hand mixer and whisk.
- 9. Add 200 grams of flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 10. Stir everything together until a smooth batter forms.
- 11. Gently fold the peach cubes into the batter.
- 12. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- 13. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
- 14. Sprinkle the prepared crumbs over the muffins.
- 15. Bake the muffins for about 35 minutes in the oven.
- 16. Cover the muffins with aluminum foil after 20 minutes if the crumbs are getting too dark.
- 17. Let the muffins cool down.
- 18. Serve the muffins and enjoy.
