🍰 Crunchy Chocolate Nut Bombs

Ingredients
- Soft dates, dried and pitted 100 g
- Cashew nuts 50 g
- Pecan nuts 50 g
- Chocolate, dark 80 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the dates in a pot.
- 2. Cover them completely with water.
- 3. Heat the water over medium heat until it boils.
- 4. Remove the pot from the stove.
- 5. Let the dates soak in the water for 30 minutes.
- 6. Put 30 g of cashew nuts into a dry pan.
- 7. Roast the cashew nuts over medium heat until they are fragrant.
- 8. Repeat the process with 30 g of pecan nuts.
- 9. Let all the roasted nuts cool down.
- 10. Chop the cooled cashews and pecans roughly.
- 11. Grind the remaining nuts finely using a hand blender or food processor.
- 12. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 13. Bring about 500 ml of water in a pot to a boil.
- 14. Place a metal bowl with the chocolate pieces over the hot water.
- 15. Melt the chocolate in the water bath.
- 16. Remove the bowl from the pot and let the chocolate cool down.
- 17. Drain the soaking water from the dates.
- 18. Put the dates, honey, and finely ground nut meal into a tall container.
- 19. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 20. Add the cooled melted chocolate gradually.
- 21. Season the mixture with cinnamon to taste.
- 22. Place the chocolate-nut mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- 23. Take small portions of the mixture using two teaspoons.
- 24. Shape the portions into balls with your hands.
- 25. Roll the balls in the roughly chopped nuts.
- 26. Keep the balls cool until you serve them.
