  1. 1. Toast the almonds in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes without fat.
  2. 2. Bring about 500 ml of water to a boil in a pot. Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it with butter in a bowl over the water bath. Mix the almonds with the melted chocolate and place them individually on baking paper to dry.
  3. 3. Coat the dried chocolate almonds in cocoa. Enjoy your treat!
