🍰 Chocolate Almonds

Ingredients
- almonds, whole 100 g
- chocolate, milk chocolate 50 g
- chocolate, dark chocolate 50 g
- butter 15 g
- cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Toast the almonds in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes without fat.
- 2. Bring about 500 ml of water to a boil in a pot. Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it with butter in a bowl over the water bath. Mix the almonds with the melted chocolate and place them individually on baking paper to dry.
- 3. Coat the dried chocolate almonds in cocoa.
