🥤 Chocolate Coffee Syrup

Ingredients
- Sugar 500 g
- Vanilla Sugar 8 g
- Coffee 25 g
- Chocolate, dark 125 g
- Cocoa powder 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring sugar, vanilla sugar, coffee powder and 500 ml water to a boil in a pot and simmer gently over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Remove the syrup from the heat and melt the chocolate in it. Let it steep for about 5–10 minutes. Then bring to a boil again, stir in the cocoa powder well and simmer for approx. 5 minutes over medium heat while stirring.
- 3. Strain the syrup through a sieve into hot-rinsed, clean bottles (100 ml each). Seal the bottles and let them cool. Store opened bottles in the refrigerator and consume promptly. Enjoy! Tip: Goes great with [recipeLink=147145].
