Ingredients
- Chocolate, dark 100 g
- Milk 100 ml
- Sugar 80 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- butter 50 g
- Hazelnut kernels, ground 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 2. Put the milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a pot.
- 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat.
- 4. Add the chopped chocolate and the butter to the pot.
- 5. Stir constantly until the chocolate and butter have completely melted.
- 6. Gently fold the hazelnuts into the chocolate mixture.
- 7. Pour the warm cream into a clean jar.
- 8. Let the cream cool down at room temperature.
- 9. Package the cream as a gift or serve it for breakfast.
