  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. 3. Spread the hazelnuts evenly on the tray.
  4. 4. Roast the nuts for about 12 minutes until they smell fragrant.
  5. 5. Take the warm nuts out of the oven.
  6. 6. Place them in a clean kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Rub the nuts in the towel until the skins come off.
  8. 8. Let the nuts cool down completely.
  9. 9. Put the cooled nuts into the mixing container.
  10. 10. Insert the measuring cup.
  11. 11. Chop the nuts for 15 seconds on speed 7.
  12. 12. Push the nut pieces down to the sides with a spatula.
  13. 13. Repeat the chopping and pushing process 5 to 6 times.
  14. 14. Take breaks in between so the device does not overheat.
  15. 15. Stop when a creamy nut paste has formed.
  16. 16. Transfer the nut paste to a bowl and set it aside.
  17. 17. Coarsely chop the chocolate.
  18. 18. Put the chocolate into the mixing container.
  19. 19. Add cream, butter, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  20. 20. Insert the measuring cup.
  21. 21. Mix everything for 5 minutes on speed 2 at 50 degrees Celsius.
  22. 22. Scrape the mixture down to the sides with a spatula.
  23. 23. Add the prepared nut paste to the chocolate mixture.
  24. 24. Blend everything smoothly for 20 seconds on speed 8.
  25. 25. Fill the finished spread into a clean jar.
  26. 26. Store the spread in the refrigerator.
  27. 27. Take the spread out of the fridge about 15 minutes before eating.
  28. 28. This makes it soft and spreadable.
  29. 29. Consume the spread within one week.
