🍰 Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
- chocolate, milk chocolate 50 g
- butter 150 g
- sugar 125 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 2 pcs
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- milk 75 ml
- chocolate, dark chocolate 150 g
- whipping cream 200 g
- honey 1 tbsp
- chocolate sprinkles, dark chocolate 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). Bring about 1 l water to a boil in a pot. Chop the milk chocolate and let it melt in a metal bowl over the hot steam.
- 2. Mix 125 g butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl with a hand mixer until the mixture is creamy. Add the eggs one by one. Slowly add the melted chocolate and stir everything well. Mix flour and baking powder and stir them into the batter along with the milk.
- 3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill the batter into the indentations. Bake the muffins for about 30 minutes in the oven. Let them cool on a cake rack afterward.
- 4. In the meantime, chop the dark chocolate. Boil cream, the remaining butter, and honey in a pot. Add the chocolate and let it melt while stirring. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Once the cream is thick and spreadable, distribute it on the cupcakes. Decorate the muffins with chocolate sprinkles and keep the chocolate cupcakes cool until serving.
