Ingredients
- butter 200 g
- chocolate, dark 125 g
- brown sugar 125 g
- vanilla sugar 20 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 1 pc.
- wheat flour, type 405 200 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with fan setting and let it preheat.
- 2. Take the butter out of the fridge and let it soften at room temperature.
- 3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 4. Put the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt into a large bowl.
- 5. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
- 6. Stir the egg into the butter mixture.
- 7. Add the flour and baking powder.
- 8. Work everything together to form a smooth dough.
- 9. Gently fold the chocolate pieces into the dough.
- 10. Use two teaspoons to form walnut-sized balls from the dough.
- 11. Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 12. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- 13. Take the cookies out when the edges are golden brown.
- 14. Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
