  2. 2. Take the butter out of the fridge and let it soften at room temperature.
  3. 3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  4. 4. Put the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt into a large bowl.
  5. 5. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
  6. 6. Stir the egg into the butter mixture.
  7. 7. Add the flour and baking powder.
  8. 8. Work everything together to form a smooth dough.
  9. 9. Gently fold the chocolate pieces into the dough.
  10. 10. Use two teaspoons to form walnut-sized balls from the dough.
