  4. 4. Chop the chocolate roughly.
  5. 5. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
  6. 6. Place a metal bowl over the pot to create a hot water bath.
  7. 7. Melt the butter and the chocolate in the metal bowl over the hot water.
  8. 8. Take another bowl.
  9. 9. Whisk sugar and eggs together with a whisk.
  10. 10. Pour the melted butter and chocolate into the sugar-egg mixture.
  11. 11. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass forms.
  12. 12. Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa, and salt into the bowl.
  13. 13. Stir everything into a smooth dough.
  14. 14. Spread the dough mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  15. 15. Bake the dough in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  16. 16. Turn the baked chocolate cake out of the dish.
  17. 17. Let the cake cool down completely.
  18. 18. Crumble the cooled cake into a clean bowl.
  19. 19. Knead the cake crumbs with cream cheese until you have a uniform mass.

  30. 30. Place the finished chocolate cake pops into glasses.
