  2. 2. Place a non-stick baking sheet on the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. 3. Place a cake ring on the prepared springform base.
  4. 4. Beat 2 eggs with 100 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. 5. Stir in the soft butter and 100 grams of sour cream into the egg mixture.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa until a smooth batter forms.
  7. 7. Pour the chocolate base into the cake ring and smooth it out.
  8. 8. Mix 700 grams of sour cream with 80 grams of sugar, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  9. 9. Stir in the cornstarch until the sour cream mixture is creamy.
  10. 10. Peel and core the pears.
  11. 11. Cut the pears into coarse cubes.
  12. 12. Distribute the pear cubes evenly over the chocolate base.
  13. 13. Pour the sour cream mixture over the pears.
  14. 14. Smooth the surface.
  15. 15. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
  16. 16. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
