  4. 4. Add 270 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, 20 grams of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and baking powder.
  5. 5. Knead the dough for 1 minute on the kneading setting.
  6. 6. Line a 28-centimeter diameter springform pan with baking paper.
  7. 7. Grease the sides of the pan.
  8. 8. Pour the dough into the pan and spread it so that the bottom is completely covered.
  9. 9. Wash the pears thoroughly.
  10. 10. Cut the pears into quarters and remove the core.
  11. 11. Place 50 grams of soft butter, 50 grams of sugar, 10 grams of cocoa powder, and 80 grams of flour into the mixing bowl.
  12. 12. Knead these ingredients for 1 minute on the dough kneading setting until crumbles form.
