🍰 Moist Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- butter 75 g
- bananas 300 g
- eggs 2 pcs.
- tonka bean paste 1 tsp
- brown sugar 70 g
- wheat flour, type 405 180 g
- cocoa powder 40 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- almonds, ground 50 g
- chocolate chunks, milk chocolate 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Grease a loaf pan with baking spray or a little butter.
- 3. Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove.
- 4. Make sure the butter does not get too hot.
- 5. Blend the ripe bananas together with the eggs until smooth.
- 6. Alternatively, mash the bananas and eggs finely with a fork.
- 7. Add the melted butter, the tonka bean, and the brown sugar to the banana mixture.
- 8. Mix everything until creamy for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 9. Combine the flour with the cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 10. Stir the flour mixture and the ground almonds into the banana mixture.
- 11. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 12. Smooth the surface of the batter.
- 13. Gently fold in half of the chocolate chunks.
- 14. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chunks and almonds on top.
