Ingredients
- Chinese cabbage 150 g
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Sunflower oil 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 80 g
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pork schnitzel from the top round 600 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 2 tbsp
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp
- Toast bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the Chinese cabbage thoroughly, quarter it, remove the core, and cut into thin strips. Knead in a bowl for about 1 minute. Mix with soy sauce, vinegar, and 1 tbsp oil, and season to taste.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard well. Pat the schnitzels dry with kitchen paper and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Prepare three shallow plates. Put the flour in the first plate, beat the eggs in the second plate, and fill the last plate with breadcrumbs. Dredge the schnitzels first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- 4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over high heat and fry the schnitzels in it for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then let them drain on kitchen paper.
- 5. Spread the toast slices with the mustard mayonnaise. Place some cabbage salad on 4 slices, put the schnitzels on top, and cover with the remaining toast slices. Cut the schnitzel sandwich with mustard mayo diagonally and serve. Enjoy your meal!
