🍽️ Schnitzel in Mustard Marinade

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- onions, yellow 1 pcs.
- mustard 2 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar, light 5 tbsp.
- olive oil 4 tbsp.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- ham schnitzel from the top round of pork 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Halve, peel, and finely dice the onion. In a bowl, mix the garlic and onion with mustard, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Rinse the schnitzels, pat them dry with a kitchen towel, and coat them in the marinade. Keep them in the refrigerator until ready to fry.
- 3. Grill the schnitzels in the mustard marinade for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Tip: You can also prepare the schnitzels in a pan. It's best to marinate them about 1 hour in advance.
