  1. 1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Halve, peel, and finely dice the onion. In a bowl, mix the garlic and onion with mustard, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Rinse the schnitzels, pat them dry with a kitchen towel, and coat them in the marinade. Keep them in the refrigerator until ready to fry.
  3. 3. Grill the schnitzels in the mustard marinade for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy your meal! Tip: You can also prepare the schnitzels in a pan. It's best to marinate them about 1 hour in advance.
