🍽️ Schnitzel Hawaii with Pineapple

Ingredients
- pork schnitzel from the top round 600 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet pinch
- pineapple slices from the can 200 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- Gouda, grated 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Rinse the meat, pat it dry, and season it with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Drain the pineapple and cut it in half.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and fry the schnitzels for about 4 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Place the schnitzels in a baking dish and top each with two pineapple halves. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
