  3. 3. Slice the white and green parts of the spring onions diagonally into rings.
  4. 4. Clean the beans and remove the ends.
  5. 5. Cut the beans into small pieces.
  6. 6. Halve the shallot and peel it.
  7. 7. Dice the shallot finely.
  8. 8. Rinse the schnitzels and dry them with kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Cut the schnitzels into strips.
  10. 10. Season the schnitzel strips with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  12. 12. Fry the gnocchi for about 7 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  13. 13. Remove the gnocchi from the pan.
  14. 14. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan.
  15. 15. Fry the schnitzel strips for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  16. 16. Remove the schnitzel strips from the pan.
  17. 17. Fry the shallot and the white parts of the spring onions in the remaining fat for about 2 minutes.
  18. 18. Deglaze the pan with cream.
  19. 19. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
  20. 20. Add the beans.
  21. 21. Simmer the beans for about 10 minutes.
  22. 22. Stir in the gnocchi and the schnitzel strips.
  23. 23. Warm everything for about 2 minutes.
  24. 24. Season the pan generously with salt and pepper.
  25. 25. Plate the schnitzel-gnocchi pan with beans.
  26. 26. Sprinkle the dish with the green parts of the spring onions.
  27. 27. Serve the dish.
