🍽️ Schnitzel-Gnocchi-Pan with Beans

Ingredients
- spring onions 1 bunch
- green beans 300 g
- shallots 1 pc.
- pork schnitzel from the top round 600 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 3 tbsp
- gnocchi, fresh 800 g
- heavy cream 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 2. Trim the ends of the spring onions.
- 3. Slice the white and green parts of the spring onions diagonally into rings.
- 4. Clean the beans and remove the ends.
- 5. Cut the beans into small pieces.
- 6. Halve the shallot and peel it.
- 7. Dice the shallot finely.
- 8. Rinse the schnitzels and dry them with kitchen paper.
- 9. Cut the schnitzels into strips.
- 10. Season the schnitzel strips with salt and pepper.
- 11. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 12. Fry the gnocchi for about 7 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- 13. Remove the gnocchi from the pan.
- 14. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan.
- 15. Fry the schnitzel strips for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Remove the schnitzel strips from the pan.
- 17. Fry the shallot and the white parts of the spring onions in the remaining fat for about 2 minutes.
- 18. Deglaze the pan with cream.
- 19. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
- 20. Add the beans.
- 21. Simmer the beans for about 10 minutes.
- 22. Stir in the gnocchi and the schnitzel strips.
- 23. Warm everything for about 2 minutes.
- 24. Season the pan generously with salt and pepper.
- 25. Plate the schnitzel-gnocchi pan with beans.
- 26. Sprinkle the dish with the green parts of the spring onions.
- 27. Serve the dish.
