Ingredients
- chives, fresh 20 g
- quark 40 % fat in total 150 g
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly, shake off the water and cut into fine rings. In a bowl, mix the quark and cream cheese together and add half of the chives. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Spread the chive quark evenly onto the bread slices. Garnish with the remaining chives and serve. Enjoy your meal!
