🍽️ Quick Chili con Carne

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 2 pcs.
- carrots 2 pcs.
- pepper, yellow 2 pcs.
- oil 4 tbsp
- ground beef 600 g
- tomatoes, chopped 800 g
- vegetable broth 200 ml
- balsamic vinegar, dark 4 tbsp
- corn from the can 250 g
- kidney beans 250 g
- salt 1 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chili, ground pinch
- sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut onions in half, peel, and chop finely. Peel carrots, remove the ends, and slice into thin rings. Wash peppers, remove the core, and dice.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat and brown the ground meat for about 5 minutes. Then add the carrots, peppers, and onion cubes and fry for another 3 minutes.
- 3. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes, broth, and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Season well with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
- 4. Drain the beans and corn in a sieve and rinse, then add to the chili in the last 3 minutes. Finally, adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, chili, and a pinch of sugar.
- 5. Serve the chili con Carne in bowls. Enjoy your meal!
